The client requested the display shelves be installed at a 40-degree angle with no visible fasteners. Morra Fine Cabinetry also had to install led strip lighting into each shelf to help illuminate the cigars at the back of the shelf.
We fabricated custom support columns and doweled the shelves into them at the correct angle. Custom 4×8 paneling was added at the back to cover the drywall and we installed them with no visible joints. The front strip support was to keep the cigars from sliding off and a bottom base was added as the finishing touch to hide the uneven floor. The end product was a beautiful and aesthetic custom shelving that matches the brand’s tone and character, while also being highly functional.
